Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis are woven with notes of violet, graphite, tobacco leaf, and crushed stone. The palate is full-bodied yet remarkably fresh, showing concentrated dark fruit framed by firm, chalky tannins and vibrant mountain acidity. Deep, savoury, and persistent, it finishes long with precision and tension—high-altitude Cabernet Franc of extraordinary depth and structure.

El Enemigo Wines is the celebrated project of Alejandro Vigil, one of Argentina’s most influential winemakers. Gran Enemigo Gualtallary is sourced from limestone-rich, high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, where extreme elevation preserves freshness while building concentration and structure. Led by Cabernet Franc with a supporting portion of Malbec, the wine is crafted with a traditional, Old World–inspired approach that emphasizes balance, texture, and longevity.
